The Maison aeterna guest room is located at 194 Route de Goudargues, 30760 Salazac.
General provisions
The customer may not, under any circumstances, claim any right to remain in the premises at the expiration of the rental period initially provided for in this contract, unless agreed by the owner. No modification (erasure, overprint, etc.) will be accepted in the drafting of the contract without the agreement of both parties. The owner undertakes not to disclose to any third party information of any nature whatsoever, on any medium whatsoever, that the customer may have given to him during the execution of this contract. These latter provisions are, however, not applicable to requests for information made by administrations and/or courts.
Price
The final price is announced in euros, all taxes included (TTC) per person. It is possibly calculated according to the number of participants.
The price includes the elements indicated in the contract. It includes accommodation, breakfasts, bed linen, bathroom linen.
It does not include tourist tax, pre- and post-delivery, on-site transport, optional insurance or personal expenses.
Payment
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has payed the entire stay.
In the absence of payment within the allotted time, the room remains vacant.
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in this contract will be payable to the owner at the end of the stay.
The customer has several means of payment offering optimal security among the following, depending on the type of service reserved, as indicated in the special conditions of sale:
- By credit or private bank card (credit card, Visa card, Eurocard/Mastercard).
- By bank check,
- By transfer (transfer costs payable by the Customer)
- In cash
Cancellation by customer
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay: If the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the amount will be refunded to the customer, the balance of 50% will remain with the owner.
b) If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on the scheduled start day of the stay, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his guest rooms. The payment amount remains with the owner.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains in full with the owner.
Cancellation by owner
When, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must inform the customer by letter or email. The customer will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts paid.
No right of withdrawal
Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code provides that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the provision of accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, transport services of goods, rentals car, catering or leisure activities which must be provided on a specific date or period.
The Host takes advantage of this lack of right of withdrawal and indicates that for all services falling within the scope of article L. 221-28 or L. 221-2 of the Consumer Code, the Client will have no right of withdrawal.
Arrival
The customer must arrive on the specified day between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. In the event of late or delayed arrival, the customer must notify the owner. No arrivals will be accepted after 10:30 p.m. Departure: the customer must return the room on the day of departure before 11:00 a.m. Possibility of late departure without supplement depending on availability.
Use of the premises: The rental of a guest room is made under the following charges and conditions which the Client undertakes to execute and fulfill, namely:
1. Occupy the premises only in a bourgeois manner, the exercise of any trade, profession or industry being formally prohibited, the Client acknowledges that the premises which are the subject of the contract are only rented to him for temporary residence and pleasure .
2. Refrain from throwing objects likely to clog the pipes into the sinks, bathtubs, bidets, or sinks, otherwise you will be liable for the costs incurred in putting this equipment back into service.
3. Peacefully enjoy the rented premises and take particular care to avoid any noise, odor, or the exercise of any activity likely to generate neighborhood inconveniences, whether due to the person or the occupants under their control.
4. Concerning the maintenance of the furniture and movable objects included in the rental, the tenant must maintain them in good condition and return them in the same way at the end of the lease, except for deterioration and wear resulting from normal use .
5. The Client does not benefit under any circumstances from a right to remain in the premises.
6. The rented premises have a capacity defined on the reservation confirmation. If the number of people showing up exceeds the defined capacity, the Host may refuse additional people and/or terminate the contract.
7. Do not smoke within the confines of the house, bedrooms and common areas.
Animals
For reasons of hygiene and peace of mind for guests, no pets are allowed in the guest house. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal can in no case be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the client’s departure, no refund can be considered.
Any forced presence of an animal results in an additional cost per day of €200.
Gift Card
The value of the gift card is defined at the start of the year for a calendar year. Its price is fixed and identical whatever the season (high season / low season). It has a registration number at the time of its issue. The beneficiary must mention this number when booking.
The gift card is nominative and valid for 1 year from its date of issue, upon reservation and subject to availability. It is only valid for the provision of accommodation in a guest room, breakfast included.
It is not possible to exchange it for another Maison aeterna service.
It is subject to the same reservation and cancellation conditions as traditional reservations. It is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
You can cancel up to 30 days free of charge. Beyond that, in the event of cancellation, the gift card is lost.
It is possible to postpone the date of your stay up to two times maximum.
